OUR HEALTH & SAFETY STEPS:
In an effort to keep both staff & clients safe, Regal Plush LLC began taking additional steps that'll provide an extra layer of safety for everyone. New mandatory adjustments were set in place within our studio which complimented our already existing sanitizing procedures. Kindly see our updates below:
Health & Safety Certification: On March 2020, owner & founder D.Johnson & staff completed and passed the *Barbicide* COVID-19 certification. The program requires a brief intense training in best practices for protecting clients and how to safely continue doing what we love! Providing beautiful units & bundles!
Mandatory sanitizing during the creation process: All units both "Ready to Ship" & "Custom Units" are always handled with care and cleanliness in mind. Since our establishment back in 2019, all units are put through a rigorous washing process. Whether coloring is needed or not, cleaning and hot steaming our hair has always been a part of the wig creation process. We will continue doing so even after COVID-19 has passed.
Mandatory PPE during the styling and shipping process: Although we can never really control what's taking place with situations outside of our hands, we can take control of the way we do things. Regal Plush requires all employees to wear PPE during our styling & shipping process. You can guarantee that no one touches your unit, bundles or frontals without proper PPE gear!
Mandatory sanitization of work stations & studio: This was also another one of our procedures already in place. Our work station, wig & hair tools and all other equipments used to create our units are clean with 99% alcohol multiple times per day. Our studio also undergo a nightly cleaning process to maintain cleanliness.
PROCESSING ORDERS:
It's the worst feeling just waiting and we hate it too! However, being understanding to everyone's adjustment in regards to COVID-19, please allow extra time for any possible delays that may take place. We will always continue working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible! Thanks for patience in advance!
Ready to Ship Units: Please allow 1-3 business days processing time before shipment.
Custom Units: Please allow 5-7 business days processing time before shipment.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:
Applicable to all units: Once we have processed your order, all shipments will be scheduled with a 2-4 day delivery timeframe. We will provide a tracking number that can be used to view the status of your order. Another e-mail will be sent once your package is out for delivery.
